FAQs

  • How do you communicate with your clients?
    The initial communication is made via phone call or video chat. After that the preferred method of communication is via email. If, a phone call or video chat is needed, it will be at a mutually agreed upon time. You can expect a reply back from any form of communication within 24 business hours.
  • Do I have to sign a contract?
    Yes. Contracts are required for all services. The purpose of the contract is to outline expectations, and to make sure all parties have a clear understanding. A contract protects all parties involved. Services will not be performed without a contract.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Due to the nature of my work, I do not offer refunds. This is why the consultation is so important. It is also important that we stay in communication during the duration of your project.
  • What form of payment do you accept?
    I accept all major credit cards, and paypal. I do not accept- cash app, apple pay, google pay, venmo, or zelle.
  • When are payments due?
    Payments are due prior to services being rendered. You will receive an invoice once the contract is signed by both parties.
