How do you communicate with your clients?The initial communication is made via phone call or video chat. After that the preferred method of communication is via email. If, a phone call or video chat is needed, it will be at a mutually agreed upon time. You can expect a reply back from any form of communication within 24 business hours.

Do I have to sign a contract?Yes. Contracts are required for all services. The purpose of the contract is to outline expectations, and to make sure all parties have a clear understanding. A contract protects all parties involved. Services will not be performed without a contract.

Do you offer refunds?Due to the nature of my work, I do not offer refunds. This is why the consultation is so important. It is also important that we stay in communication during the duration of your project.

What form of payment do you accept?I accept all major credit cards, and paypal. I do not accept- cash app, apple pay, google pay, venmo, or zelle.

When are payments due?Payments are due prior to services being rendered. You will receive an invoice once the contract is signed by both parties.
